Rubidium reacting with water. If you watch the movie frame by frame at the beginning the rubidium bursts into flame the instance it makes contact with the water. Near the end is explodes. This reaction is very violent. It is diffiult to see any bubbles in this reaction, but hydrogen gas is produced. But it reacts immediately in the flames surrounding the piece of rubidium metal.
