HELP Session! Wednesday, January 17, 2007 beginning at 4:30 pm in PS141. I will answer questions on the Review PS and PS#1. A few sudents have looked at their PS#1 to discover it is totally funky. Check yours. If you did not print PS#1 out the first time you accessed it, it may look funky. If you re-print it, it will be OK, expect for PS1.2 the second part of parts a - d will be missing a formula. If you have re-printed your PS#1 and are missing these formulas in PS1.2 please send me an e-mail. I can fix that. Do not worry if you are unable to attend laboratory on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 as a result of travel problems due to the terrible weather. If your schedule allows please go to PS244 later this week and ask if it would be possible to check-in at that time. I plan to have a HELP ! Session on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 in late afternoon. I will announce time and place here. ACA#3 and PLE#3 are now available on your Personal Page.I have been contacted by a few students who are looking to switch chemistry sections ( Gelder to Rockley and visa versa). If you are looking to switch sections please e-mail Dr. G (john.gelder@okstate.edu) and indicate which section you are in and which section you want to change to, perhaps I will be able to connect students more efficiently.This week in laboratory you will check-in. If you missed the first week of laboratory you MUST view the Safety Videotape. Be sure to bring your textbook and a calculator so you can work on the review PS and PS#1 during laboratory. to get back to work!The
first thing you need to do to access materials for this class is to complete
the Secret Identification (SID) form. Click on the SID#/Name link in the left
frame and complete the form. You will receive an e-mail from Dr. G. indicating
your SID has been accepted. Once you have entered an SID, fill out the additional
form for some extra credit, and then you can go to your Personal page. On your Personal Page check out the Assignment Page (what is happening in class),
and get your personal Review Problem Set. If you want to see a video covering the CHEM 1515 Web site than checkout the video podcast. Click on the Podcast link in the left frame to learn how to subscribe to the CHEM 1515 podcasts for this semester. Remember laboratory does meet this week. Students who have laboratory on Monday (sections 1 and 2) will also check in their locker equipment besides viewing the Safety video and taking the Safety Quiz. Students who have Tuesday lab will NOT checkin, but will view the Safety Video and take the Safety Quiz.Be
